Has anyone had trouble with this specific problem before? Is it as simple as forwarding the necessary ports and thats it? Or am I missing the obvious? Is there very specific settings needed in IIS? I have looked into filezilla being the issue, I dont think it is. After 20 seconds of retrieving the directory it will timeout. When I try to connect to one of the sites, I can get "connected" but always get stuck on "retrieving directory listing" it seems I can get through the firewall, but nothing can get sent back to me. On the firewall I have forwarded all relative ports to go to the private IP address where the ftp sites reside. ![]() I have been troubleshooting this for a few days now, and have tried alot of different things, right now, it seems like I am trying the most out of ordinary ideas because I am running out of things to try to solve this.īasically, clients are using filezilla client version to access the ftp sites.
